Alex brings a deep understanding of science and technology into the creative mix which gives RB a unique edge. A native Californian, Alex started building websites when he was an undergrad in the mid nineties. After getting his physics degree from East Carolina University, he studied electrical and computer engineering at UC Davis which landed him a job at one of the world’s largest telecom companies. After being a Senior MEMS Engineer for six years Alex went on to run his own design agency, where he is an expert in marketing, a brilliant technical guru, and stay-on-top-of-all-latest-technologies network guy.
Natasha Kramskaya
Senior Art Director and Cofounder
When it comes to creating award-winning designs and building smart self-sustained brands, Natasha is the best person for the job. She started designing professionally while studying at the famous San Francisco Academy of Art University where she graduated with honors and recognitions in 2003. Natasha has an excellent eye for clean conceptual designs that take companies to a whole new level. Natasha holds degrees in Graphic Design and Architecture, and her extensive set of skills allows her to shine in many areas of expertise, including art direction, identity design, information architecture, photography, illustration, and digital art to name a few.
Jennifer Hill
Graphic Design
Jennifer has a degree in Graphic Design with an emphasis in print design and branding identity. Fun to work with, reliable, and a quick learner, Jennifer has a deep love of typography. She is responsible for both creative design and production work.
Tom Chin
Corporate Design
Tom excels in typographic design and loves working on anything creative; from developing logos and trademarks, to generating corporate print and web designs. Able to collaborate and understand creative guidelines of each project, Tom truly enjoys all aspects of design.
Steve Scott
Web Development
Steve has many years of experience developing websites, and is always eager to learn more. A problem solver, he craves the challenges and knows how to make deadlines and meet clients’ needs.
Sergei Peshterev
Marketing Director
A bright marketing director, Sergei lives and works in a ‘creative quarter’ area of central London, UK. Sergei holds degrees in marketing and engineering. He joined the RB design + interactive team in 2009.
